Before you pay or meet
Pickknow connects you with buyers and sellers—you choose who to trust and how to pay. Slow down and verify before money moves.

- checkNever send passwords, OTPs, or full card details to anyone claiming to be support.
Common scams to avoid
Scammers use urgency, fake authority, and prices that don’t add up. If it feels rushed, pause.
- Prices far below market + pressure to pay right now.
- Gift cards, crypto-only, or random “verification” or “customs” fees.
- Refusal to answer normal questions or pushing you off-platform in a sketchy way.
Phishing & fake logins
Pickknow will not ask for your password or OTP by email, SMS, or random chat. Sign in only through our official site or app.
If you’re unsure
Don’t tap links from strangers. Open Pickknow from your bookmarks or type the URL yourself.
Paying outside the app
Cash and bank transfers for local handovers are common—you may have fewer protections than with in-app flows where we offer them. Don’t pay ahead for something you haven’t checked, and walk away from odd payment demands.
Report a problem
Misleading listing, harassment, or fraud? Use the report action on the listing or profile. The more specific you are (what happened, when, safe screenshots), the faster we can review.
Verified sellers
Verification (when available) happens inside your account. Badges come from Pickknow, not third parties. Anyone selling a “verification package” outside official checkout should be ignored.
